Your New Opportunity As an Operations Specialist for eCommerce you will support and drive the client s online retail operations in order to increase conversion and ROI. This new position will play a pivotal role in the development of the agency s e-commerce and digital marketing capabilities for our client, a Global leader in Consumer Electronics. Reporting to the Digital Account Director, Operations Specialist will take responsibility for project delivery from inception through to development. The role will require you to scope, spec, project manage and deliver medium and long term web development projects across digital and ecommerce for our key client.Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SAP Hybris is a must. Any experience in eCommerce, and telecoms will be highly regarded. Duties and Responsibilities - Previous experience ( 4 years) working with content management systems and with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a must - Advanced technical knowledge in the digital domain, demonstrating an understanding of current web technologies and associated issues such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS - Wire-framing and specification documentation - A solid understanding of web usability and information architecture, including a knowledge of wireframes, mock-ups and prototyping (UI & IA Design) - Manage Product catalogue updates and performance for eCommerce with a focus on revenue - Create and execute A/B test and personalisation strategies - Strong stakeholder management - Working with product management, customer support, marketing, and website teams - Ability to liaise with technical and non-technical colleagues - Working with Marketing, digital and ecommerce teams and other external agencies is an advantageAbility to drive agile/scrum mindset and practices in collaboration within our digital and project teams Qualifications - Tertiary qualification in digital production or equivalent Skill and Experience - 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role - Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris and JIRA - Digital publishing, Photoshop skills and knowledge of CMS is a plus - Excellent verbal, written and visual presentation skills - High skillset in MS Office - Results-driven, open-minded and positive personality - Excellent communication and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail - Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to interface diplomatically with all levels of employees and managementAbility to work independently, be flexible, and have good time management skills How you can join us To be considered for this great opportunity, simply Apply NOW.
