Working in one of the best employment organisations in Australia your role as Clinical Educator for Physiotherapy will be to support outcome-focused, evidence based and efficient services for clients through the provision of leadership in the areas of clinical practice and education. This role is required to develop and implement a range of professional development activities and resources to ensure therapists are clinically competent and deliver effective services that are meaningful to clients. This role sits within CPA s Practice Leadership and Clinical Governance division, provides support organisation-wide and will involve travel across CPA s sites in NSW and the ACT. The location of the role is negotiable however frequent attendance at CPA s Allambie Heights Campus is a requirement. This full time equivalent role is a 12 month maternity leave contract position. Part time and job share arrangements will be considered. To be considered you must have Relevant degree with five or more years experience Current AHPRA registration Advanced skills across all aspects of evidence based practice and the management of complex clients Advanced skills in leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution Ability to motivate others Advanced skills to design and deliver professional development activities including clinical supervision, using different modes An excellent understanding of the rights of people with disability A commitment to making a difference in individuals lives Current driver s licence The ability to travel within the Sydney Metropolitan, Regional NSW and ACT as required.
