About the role As a Customer Service Officer in the Ezipay team you will be responsible for providing members and staff with professional and outstanding customer service, register new members, process membership changes, process exception reports and maintain up to date membership records. Working in a close knit team your new role will give you exposure to a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The Ezipay team provide a high standard of service to members who use Ezipay to make their premium payments (via Direct Debit or Credit card). This busy team maintain accurate membership and payment records for all direct debit transactions, provide a high standard of service to group members and group pay offices and support enquiries from HCF s frontline staff within branches and the call centres.
