Based in hip warehouse style offices with an awesome fit out, they are a passionate team of about 40 and growing. They are seeking a like-minded individual with a background in property management to join them in the role of Account Manager to manage the onboarding and induction of new clients utilising their platform. Your key responsibilities will include Initiate onboarding and training plans Conduct check-in calls throughout onboarding journey to ensure customer satisfaction and success Assist to enter opening balances for new clients Responding to and close off support tickets Phone support and responding to general enquiries from clients Assist clients with receipting / reconciling their trust account Assist Onboarding team as required The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Account Manager will have a background in real estate/property and be looking to apply their experience to a unique and challenging role.
