About the Position ARN (Australian Radio Network) is one of the leading broadcasters in the country with ownership or investments in 12 radio stations nationwide. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic, energetic, genius Multimedia & Content Producer for WSFM 101.7 to join Jonesy & Amanda s team. This role supports and creatively contributes to improving the quality of the Breakfast Show, with a focus on supporting the Producers, Audio Production and Video/Visual online and digital content. You will work with the Senior Producer and Executive Producer, and reporting to the Content Director. Please note, the hours for this role are 4am to 12pm, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities include LOVE radio and the Jonesy and Amanda brand Meet all assigned and agreed production deadlines to WSFM s established high standards of creativity and quality, to be assigned and agreed on a case-by-case basis (every day is different!) Flexibility and agility to cover any audio, visual, or production gap required with minimal notice Develop an ability to anticipate the needs of the team, and fill those gaps with minimal direction Near-instantaneous turnaround of any requests from on-air talent or Executive Producer before and during a show broadcast Assistance with all other Breakfast Show producing duties, including but not limited to research, answering phones, preparing and coaching callers and guest talent, and panelling and similar technical operational duties as required such as editing or carting audio The successful candidate will have Ability and experience using audio production software and equipment for editing interviews, audio grabs, producing show promos and required audio for both on air and review purposes. A minimum of two-years experience using Pro Tools (or equivalent). Ability to record, mix, edit (at a multitrack level) and enhance audio in a timely and prompt manner. Experience in studio panel operations NexGen proficient. A minimum of two-years experience using a radio panel and running a show in a live environment. Video shooting and video editing skills. Essential, a minimum of two-years experience working with video. Social media management. Experience in creating and driving online campaigns that have successfully engaged followers. Creative writing skills for contributing to, or complete unsupervised, show or station promos, imaging, and/or related integrated client commitments.
